The CRSN Virtual Community of Practice Teams will be discontinued on August 31, 2022
Thank you to everyone who engaged in the Champlain Virtual Community of Practice (VCoP). These teams were designed as a way to share tools and resources, connect, and problem-solve with other healthcare professionals in your discipline. Several factors led to the platform becoming less of a collaborative space and more of an information-sharing one, with some messages being duplicated.
The CRSN Best Practice Team will continue to share important information and updates to Champlain stroke champions in each discipline by regular email.
